These terms and conditions govern the way in which we supply products to you, including any E-Learning courses.
Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are hereby reserved.
You agree to review this agreement periodically to ensure that you are aware of any amendments to this agreement, which may be made at any time.
ABOUT US & CONTACTING US
We are an Organization aimed at providing E-learning for children through our E-learning website, trading as Codex. Rocks. Codex teaches the user how to code.
The legal owner is a sole trader in Australia. Theodore Moule, ABN 24 533 466 494, a company registered in Australia. You can contact us by writing to us at: admin@codex.rocks
We are based in Australia but selling the program globally starting off in the USA, India, Singapore, Canada, UK and New Zealand.
Our main aim is to reach out to parents with children with the parent as the purchaser and the child being the end user.
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
1.1 These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Codex Website, located at https://Codex.Rocks.
1.2 You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
1.3 The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Purchaser”, refers to you as a parent, “User”, refers to the child who’s the end user of this Application, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, ”The Site”, and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, refers to both the Purchaser, User and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Purchaser and User in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the User’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Australia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

· Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.

4.7 Our Company securely stores your data on only one host: https://Codex.Rocks. Company will keep your Email for no longer than 1 year. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by manually purging our address book of any saved data from users that did not, explicitly, ask to remain on the list.

5.1 We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
5.2 All products are subject to availability [and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock]. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
6.1 We accept the following forms of payment:
i. Stripe (for credit)
ii. Paypal and Coinbase Commerce (for bitcoin)
6.2 Chargebacks are not allowed on any purchases made, thus you are not allowed to cancel payment and retain product.
6.3 We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
6.4 We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
7. RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY
7.1 All subscriptions are final and no refund will be issued and neither do we offer exchange services for delivered e-learning materials.
7.2 We accept returns or exchanges if incorrect item was sent.
7.3 To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 7 days of the order date to alert us of the incorrect material. Then return the material to us. Upon receipt of the wrong item we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
7.4 Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
7.5 WHAT’S “NOT RETURNABLE”?

7.6 We accept donations from the webpage. Furthermore, a donation is ordinarily not refundable once received.
